DEFINITIONS OF HUMAN RIGHTS




Human Rights (HAM) is a set of rights inherent in human nature and existence as a creature of the Almighty God and is His grace that must be respected, upheld and protected by state law, the Government and every person, for the respect and protection of dignity and human dignity (Article 1 paragraph 1 of Law No. 39, 1999. concerning Human Rights and Law. 26 Year 2000 on Human Rights Court).
Human Rights Violations seseoarang is any action or group of people, including state officials, both intentional and unintentional negligence unlawfully diminish, impede, restrict or revoke and Human Rights a person or group of persons is guaranteed by law, and did not get or fear will not get a fair trial and the right based mechanisms applicable law (Article 1 paragraph 6 of Law No. 39, 1999. concerning human rights).
Court of Human Rights is the Special Court of Human Rights violations are heavy. Human rights violations heard and ruled on by the
Court of Human Rights includes:
The crime of genocide;
Crimes against humanity
The crime of genocide is any act committed with intent to destroy or obliterate all or part of a group of nations, races, ethnic groups, religious groups, by:
Killing members of the group;
causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
create conditions of life that would result in physical extermination whole or in part;
imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; or
forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
Crimes against humanity are among the acts committed as part of a widespread or systematic that attack directed against any civilian population, such as:
murder;
extermination;
slavery;
expulsion or forcible transfer of population;
deprivation of liberty or deprivation of physical liberty in other arbitrarily in violation of (the principles) rules of international law;
torture;
rape, sexual slavery, forced palcuran, forced pregnancy, forced sterilization or sterilization or other forms of sexual violence are equal;
persecution of a particular group or association that is based on equality political beliefs, race, nationality, ethnicity, culture, religion, gender or other grounds that are universally recognized as impermissible under international law;
enforced disappearances, or
the crime of apartheid.

Torture is any act committed intentionally, causing pain or great suffering, both physical and spiritual, in seseoarang to obtain information or a confession from a person from a third person, punishing or an act he has committed or alleged to have been committed by a person or a third person, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is inflicted by, at the instigation of, with the consent, or knowledge of any and or public officials (Explanation Article 1 paragraph 4 of Law no. 39 Year 1999 on Human Rights)
Enforced disappearances were the actions taken by anyone who causes a person not known the existence and condition (Explanation of Article 33 paragraph 2 of Law no. 39 Year 1999 on Human Rights)
